Card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and never touch our servers. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 processor; Nexus only ever receives confirmation that a subscription is active.

No contract and no notice period. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we prorate refunds inside the first 30 days.

Stop paying and the account moves to the Free plan. Your deals, documents and client portals all stay exactly where they are — you lose Orbit and the other paid features, not your work.
Billing, answered.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We provide prorated refunds if you cancel within 30 days of your payment. Reach out through our support page and we will take care of it.
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 processor. Nexus never sees, stores or transmits your full card number — we only receive a confirmation that your subscription is active.
